This hotel is located in a great spot, right next to a beautiful Buddhist temple and within walking distance to the Night Market. It's perfect for exploring the city and experiencing the local culture. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, providing great service. They even helped us arrange tours, going above and beyond what was expected. The rooms were spacious and clean, with the added bonus of an extra bed for our group. The beds were comfortable and the daily changed bed sheets ensured a fresh and pleasant stay.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

Clean, Safe. Very nice.
They had a massage facility but it was only for men. They would not allow me to put my internet usage or breakfast on my bill so I could pay for all on Credit Card at the end.

We spent Easter at this hotel and it had a lovely pool area. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. The location was very convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.
The rooms were outdated and not very clean. We found stains on the sheets and towels.

We liked the location of the hotel, just outside the gates into Chiang Mai.
The decor of the room is very dated and the smell in the lobby, hallway and room is not pleasant. We found the staff not very helpful: no help with arranging a taxi from the airport, no help with renting bikes etc. The pictures of the rooms shown on the website are a little misleading.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with the hotel situated right next to a beautiful temple. It was also conveniently located in the center, close to everything we needed, including a 2-minute walk to the Night Market for just 60 baht. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and kept clean, with the bed sheets changed daily. We even had a lovely view of Wat Bupparam from our room. Lastly, having breakfast included was a great addition to our stay.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were great.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel was within walking distance of the nightly market and most everything a tourist would be interested in seeing. The hotel facilities, including the newly refurbished and tidy rooms with clean sheets, were just perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided us with free parking and transportation to the Night Market for only 60 baht. We had an amazing sunrise view from our window and even got to do yoga on the balcony.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Good size rooms with decent facilities. Rooms were cleaned and bedding changed every day. Friendly and helpful staff - always with a smile and willing to go the extra mile to help. Position is perfect if you want to explore Chiang Mai - between Tapae Gate and the river. Loads of restaurants around. Quiet location - but close to everything. Great value.
Shower was made for very small people ! Had to bend down to use it. Breakfast was just adequate - nothing special.
